Our patron Dr. Thomas Feist
- Representative of the Saxon State Government for Jewish Life -
Since the first International Football Meeting Festival was held in 2015, Dr. Thomas Feist actively acts as patron. Thomas Feist represented Leipzig as a member of the German Bundestag for many years and is known throughout Germany for his foreign policy commitment and for his international work on reconciliation with the State of Israel. In March 2019 he was also appointed as the Saxon State Government's new representative for Jewish life.
